Bajaur District, Died Approx 40 People & Over 200 Seriously Injured
On Sunday, July 30, A Blast Occurred At A Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Convention In The Khar Tehsil Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bajaur District, Died At Least 40 People And Seriously Injuring Over 200 More. In The Khar Tehsil Of The Bajaur District, Close To The Afghan Border, More Than 500 Members And Supporters Of The Radical Islamic Party Had Gathered When The Blast Occurred.
On July 30, At Around 4 P.M., A Suicide Bomber Detonated His Device. According To Bajaur Official Khan, A Leader Of The JUI-F, Maulana Ziaullah Jan, Also Perished In The Explosion. According To The Media, A Local Journalist Is One Of The 200 People Hurt In The Attack.
Police Warned That The Death Toll Might Increase Because So Many People Were Transported To Hospitals In Critical Condition. Serious Victims Were Being Flown To Peshawar For Better Medical Attention.
The Death Toll Is 45, According To Bajaur District Health Officer Faisal Kamal. According To The Officials, A Pakistan Army Helicopter Transported Those Who Were Critically Injured To The Lady Reading Hospital In Peshawar From The Bajaur District Headquarters Hospital Where They Had Been Injured.
