According To BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, The Indian Cricket Body Is Dedicated To Addressing Environmental Concerns And Does Not Wish To Increase Pollution Levels By Using Fireworks During The Two Cities’ World Cup Matches.
“I Formally Raised The Issue With The ICC, And There Won’t Be Any Fireworks Displays In Mumbai Or Delhi, Which Could Increase The Amount Of Pollution. The Board Is Dedicated To Addressing Environmental Concerns And Will Consistently Prioritize The Needs Of Our Supporters And Stakeholders,” Jay Shah Stated
