Today’s IPL Match: SRH vs. GT Prediction, Head-to-Head, Hyderabad Pitch Report and Who Will Win?

There are just five games left in the Indian Premier League 2024, and five teams are vying for the two playoff spots as we approach the last week of league play.
SRH, a serious playoff candidate, will be looking to go on to the next round when they meet GT in Match 66 on Thursday, May 16 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad, which is renowned for their vicious beating of the opposition, has undoubtedly been the most interesting squad of the season thus far. They enter the match having just dealt LSG a horrific defeat by 10 wickets while needing to chase down 166 in only 9.4 overs.
The team captained by Pat Cummins has developed a routine of scoring more over 250 runs, having done so three times already this year. With seven victories from 12 games and 14 points overall, SRH is ranked fourth on the points table and needs just one more victory to guarantee their postseason status. To have an additional opportunity to advance to the tournament finals, they will aim to win both of their remaining games and place in the top two.
However, GT, the runners-up from the previous season, will experience their first IPL season without competing in the championship game. Following a washout versus KKR in their most recent match, the Shubman Gill-led team was eliminated from the competition. With five victories from 13 games and 11 points overall, they hold the eighth-place ranking on the points table and will be keen to end the season with a victory.
SRH vs GT: Head to Head

In the five matches played in the season so far, three games have been won by teams batting first at the venue.
