
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh, who was in town, had bilateral talks

Ahead of their bilateral talks, Bangladesh’s PM Sheikh Hasina was cordially welcomed to Hyderabad House by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Since 2019, the two leaders have met ten times, undergoing remarkable changes in their relationship.
Hasina is the first foreign guest on a bilateral state visit to India after the formation of the Modi 3.0 government. She was given a ceremonial welcome at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan on Saturday morning.
On a two-day state visit, Bangladesh’s prime minister Hasina landed in India on Friday. At Rashtrapati Bhavan’s forecourt, Sheikh Hasina and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with ministers and delegates from both nations. In addition to Union Minister JP Nadda, Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar, and Ministers of State Jitendra Singh and Kirti Vardhan Singh were present to greet the prime minister of Bangladesh.
