Chavda’s Resignation Comes After That Of Chirag Patel, The Former Khambhat Congress MLA Who Also Quit And Is Reportedly Planning To Join The BJP Shortly.
Chavda Is A Seasoned Member Of The Congress Party, Having Held Two Terms As A Member Of The Legislative Assembly. In The Past, He Served As Gandhinagar North’s Representative In The Assembly And Served As Chief Whip. He Moved His Political Battleground To Vijapur, Which Is In The Mehsana District, For The 2022 Elections.
